In the 2018 Policy Agenda, the Government proposed to study the introduction of a registration system for tree management personnel. Development Bureau will use the Specification of Competency Standards for the Arboriculture & Horticulture Industry as the basis for the introduction of the registration system, and is now collecting views from the industry on specific details of the registration system.
