Terms of Reference
- To formulate Greening Master Plans (including short-term, medium-term and long-term measures) to guide the implementation of greening works on a district basis across the territory;
- To oversee and monitor the implementation of short-term greening works arising from the Greening Master Plans as endorsed by the Steering Committee on Greening, Landscape and Tree Management;
- To secure public support for the Greening Master Plans; and
- To resolve inter-departmental interface issues arising from the formulation of the Greening Master Plans and the implementation of the short-term greening works.
